Hamdi Al-Tabbaa, Chairman of the Jordanian Businessmen Association and Chairman of the Arab Businessmen Union, was honored by awarding him the “Fingerprint of Tolerance” award by Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Media Incorporated, at the “Watani Al-Emirates Award for Humanitarian Work” ceremony in its eleventh session, under The slogan “This is what Zayed loved,” which was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.


This honor is due to His Excellency Hamdi Al-Tabbaa for his humanitarian efforts and initiatives in the Kingdom and at the Arab level, and for his great role in promoting humanitarian work through his presidency and management of many humanitarian and charitable work funds and associations, in addition to councils and associations for studies, research, and development work.

On this occasion, Dirar Belhoul Al Falasi, Secretary General of the Award and Executive Director of the Watani Al Emarat Foundation, stated that the Award in its current session, as in its previous sessions, is keen to honor and appreciate the national and Arab efforts made by Emirati and Arab figures who believe in the importance of consolidating sustainability in humanitarian work, and that in the eleventh session we have been pleased. It is great that His Excellency Hamdi Al-Tabbaa was chosen and awarded the “Fingerprint of Tolerance” award in recognition of his generous works at the level of the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and at the humanitarian level.

The honoring was attended by His Excellency Dr. Asim Muhammad Ababneh, Consul General of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, His Excellency Eng. Ayman Ayyash, CEO of the National Company for Mining and Transforming Industries, His Excellency Ahmed Al-Hindawi and His Excellency Hassan Qatawneh, and a number of directors of government institutions and agencies in the UAE.


It is worth noting that the award " Emirates National Humanitarian Work” in its eleventh session under the slogan “This is what Zayed loved” comes to confirm the Foundation’s vision and strategy in consolidating the sustainability of humanitarian work in the UAE, and in appreciation of the national and humanitarian efforts that highlight the values of goodness, generosity and tolerance in Emirati and Arab society.


On the other hand, His Excellency Hamdi Al-Tabbaa, as part of his efforts and initiative to support joint development and investment between Jordan and the Emirates, announced in mid-February the launch of the “Jordanian-Emirati Investment Platform” during the Jordanian and Emirati businessmen’s forum held by the Jordanian Businessmen Association in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, the Emirati ambassador to the Kingdom.
